Anxiety
Working on anxiety for me has been a constant struggle of my over-achieving self. Sometimes it gets the best of me when my worrying part comes out preventing me from reaching optimal health and balance. I am currently struggling with sleeping , anxiety must be involved as well as letting go of my perfectionist self. I am using yoga chi gong and meditation however do you have any more tips? The sleep routine has been a consistent struggle and letting go is a challange.
