We’re sorry to hear that. We want you to be able to take advantage of what iRise has to offer, please contact info@iriseapp.com with your Apple payment receipt and we’ll update your app for you.
Once we’ve done that, please swipe close the app before restarting, and you should be able to have full access.
Moving forwards, we kindly ask you to switch your payment method from an in-app purchase to a website purchase.
To do this, first make sure to cancel your subscription, so that you won’t get charged again by Apple (this must be made using your device’s subscription system, not on the Subscribe page of the app).
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the iRise App Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your current membership will be active for the remaining period that you should have access to, and if you are happy to continue, you will get an email that will explain how to continue your membership via the website.
