    I have paid for a subscription but I cannot access all the content?

    Sometimes you’ve created a subscription but the app still asks you to sign up. We know it can be a little frustrating, so we’d like to help you fix it.

    1. After subscribing and having your payment confirmed, you will need to initialize your MyRise account. To do this, simply visit the “Browse” home page in your app, and then click “MyRise” at the top of the page.
    2. If you still cannot view the course content after completing Step 1, please swipe close the app and restart it.
    3. If this doesn’t fix it, please check if your subscription is active…

    Apple Users: #

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Tap your name.
    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. Tap the iRise App Subscription and confirm if it’s active

    Android Users #

    1. Open the Google Play app on your Android phone.
    2. Tap on the account icon present at the top-right of the screen next to the search box.
    3. From the list of menu options, tap on the Payments & Subscriptions.
    4. Tap on the iRise App and confirm it’s active

    If your subscription is active, and you still can’t access the members content, follow the steps below.

    Step 1: Send us a copy of your payment receipt. #

    We want you to be able to take advantage of what iRise has to offer, please contact info@iriseapp.com with your payment receipt and we’ll update your app for you so that you do regain access.

    Step 2: Restart App #

    Once we’ve done that, please swipe close the app before restarting, and you should be able to have full access to your courses and classes.

    Step 3: Cancel your in-app subscription #

    Moving forwards, we kindly ask you to switch your payment method from an in-app purchase to a website purchase.

    To do this, first make sure to cancel your subscription, so that you won’t get charged again via the in-app purchase (this must be made using your device’s subscription system, not on the Subscribe page of the app).

    Apple Users #

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Tap your name.
    3. Tap Subscriptions.

    4. Tap the iRise App Subscription. 
    5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

    Android Users #

    1. Open the Google Play app on your Android phone.
    2. Tap on the account icon present at the top-right of the screen next to the search box.
    3. From the list of menu options, tap on the Payments & Subscriptions.
    4. Tap on the iRise App.
    5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instruction to complete the cancellation of the app subscription process.

    Your current membership will be active for the remaining period, and if you are happy to continue, you will get an email that will explain how to continue your membership via the website.
