Subscription via the App #
If you have subscribed through the app, any changes must be made on your device’s subscription system, not on the Subscribe page of the app.
If using iOS (Apple):
Select “Settings” from your home screen, and then click your username. Select “Subscriptions” and here you will find the iRise subscription and the option to cancel or amend it.
If using Android:
Visit Google Play and click on the “person” icon in the top right-hand corner. Select “Payments & Subscriptions”. This will show whether your subscription has been initialized, active or expired. You will also have the option to cancel or amend it.
Subscription via the Website: #
If you created your membership via the website, you must cancel it directly through the site. From within the iRiseApp website (www.iRiseApp.com) go to “Profile” > “Account” > “Billing” and click on “Cancel your membership”.
