30 Days to Uplift Your Life Through Meditation with Ashok Gupta

Meditation has been shown time and time again to be the most effective way of improving so many areas of your life. Scientific studies have shown that regular meditation can reduce stress and anxiety, boost your immune system and energy levels, increase concentration, uplift your mood, lower blood pressure and even help you have a better night’s sleep!

A large Harvard study from 2015 showed that people who regularly meditated for at least 20 minutes a day almost halved their visits to a medical professional. If meditation was a pill, it would have been hailed as the miracle drug of the 21st Century! And yet it is available to us for free every day.

Of course, many of us may find it tricky to build time into our day to meditate. And we may want to see quick results. However, the real benefits of meditation come once we create a regular habit.

My Mission: This 30-Day mission is a commitment to meditate each day, to build a habit, so that you can see the benefits that then spur you on to make a longer term habit. On the first day, you can watch a video explaining what meditation is. And then for the first 15 days, you simply meditate for 10 minutes each day, and then increase to 20 minutes a day after that.

Don’t worry if you have to miss a day, you can pick up where you left off. Enjoy the meditations, and whatever happens during meditation, just float through it with a happy-go-lucky attitude!

He has been teaching meditation around the world for over 15 years. Ashok has spent many years researching the brain neurology of emotion and linking well-being tools with science.
