Lovely flow. Could the introduction be rephrased a bit more positively? If this is aimed at Gupta retrainers, you might want to include phrases about taking things at your own pace, and including a knees down modification for the plank.
The app is not allowing the screen to rotate, and I could not get the video to expand, so I was looking at a tiny video, which is hard the first time through. (Verbal prompts are a little too fast for doing it without the video cues). (Android Samsung S20FE)
