Elements of Yoga: Air and Water – Tara Lee – Practice 1 Coordinate Breath with Movement
Elements of Yoga Air and Water with Tara Lee – Practice 1 Coordinate Breath with Movement
Learn to coordinate breath with movement in this 20 minute yoga sequence. Designed to warm-up the body, this sequence will begin to build heat as you start to move.
Air & Water is the second release in Tara Lee’s elements of yoga series. This title was created as a more flow-based practice, focusing on connecting to the Air & Water elements inside us all. The routines are all about opening up the chest and expansion, while linking the fluid movement of the postures to the water element.
Practicing these routines will help create space in the body, linking fluid movement with breath, as well as opening the heart center.

I enjoyed doing this practice however, the introduction, practice, and savasana do y need to be divided into three separate sections. I this makes it clunky. It would be so much better as one continuous video.
