Being an Empowered Empath With Ashok Gupta

“Being an empath is an incredible, powerful gift to the people around you. Celebrate it, uplift it within you, and make sure you stay in your light.”- Ashok Gupta

Possessing an empathic ability is a powerful gift. It’s an intuitive ability to connect at a very deep level with people around you, and it’s something to be celebrated. But if you don’t possess the right tools and techniques, it can also lead you to feel drained, overwhelmed and unable to disconnect from the energy of others around you. In this much anticipated video, Ashok shares his ABC of becoming an empowered empath. These practical steps will guide you through developing positive, uplifting habits that will help you nurture your empathic abilities and transform you from being a disempowered empath to an empowered one.

  1. Thank you, Ashok, for this course explaining how to become an empowered empath. The abcd steps plus the exercise permitted me to put the learning into practice.

  2. Thanks Ashok, that sounds logic and feels right what you say. Some steps I made allready. What leaves me helpless is when my stepdaughter spreads so much negativity. I can’t walk away, she’s family. I see her anxiety and pain. Still it drains me. It is so difficult to connect with my representation of love in that situation and I don’t find words for leading questions. Especially since my role as a stepmother is a difficult one anyway. I organized a family therapy that seems promising (we just started) – am I a helper in an unhealthy way? Sometimes difficult to distinguish enmeshment and healthy helping…
Thanks again – I’m also enrolled in the Gupta-Program an am very gratefull for all your kind support!

    Warmly,
    Sandra
